THE SAM BENTLEY ADVENTURES

For most twelve year olds the prospect of joining a new school is pretty daunting, but for Sam Bentley it is terrifying. Sam finds himself in 2015 by accident, having travelled in time from a future that has been devastated by the Great Surge, a weather event so vast that it wiped out eighty percent of the world’s population in just twenty-four hours.

Separated from his parents and younger sister Daisy, who lies dying in a diabetic coma;  Sam must convince his great grandfather, Edgar Davenport to help him build a time machine so that he can return home with vital medicine to cure his sister.
